[at-l] PA Ruck - HEADS UP Food List - response needed



Responses are necessary at this time. Thanks to those of you that have 
emailed me already.

Here's what we have so far:
Pizza/Stromboli -2
Ham - 1
Penne/ziti Pasta & sausage dish - 1
Pad Thai-2
Curry dishes

Pasta Salad - 1
Potatoes Augratin - 1
Vegetable pasta dish - 1
Mashed potatoes-1 dish

Hummus
Sugar
Teas
Half-n-half-1
Fresh fruit

Heavy duty paper plates-90 sturdy - we need 300 more-AND WE NEED BOWLS !
200 plastic forks-need 200 more
150 plastic spoons-need 100 more
100 plastic knives-need 100 more
100 napkins- need 500 more
2 rolls paper towels - need 10 more
Soda pop variety
Pie, cupcakes, cookies other misc. desserts - FEW

Soups for lunch:
Longhaul?s Kielbasa & Cabbage soup
Jollies' Crab Soup
Grey Owl's Vegetarian Corn Chowder
Lone Wolf's Meat Chili-1
Lone Wolf's Jalapeno Cornbread

FRIDAY NIGHT DINNER:
We already have
sausages, meatballs, sauces.
We need 8-10 pounds linguini, cheeses, breads, salads.
Please only volunteer to bring this items if you are arriving no later 
than 5:00 p.m.


WE STILL NEED:
Main entrees such as-
Hams, meatloaf, chickens, bbq meats, sausages
Pizza/tomato pies
casseroles, stews, stroganoffs
Your specialty dish
Salads-green, fruit, potato,
desserts
2 large cans of good coffee, 2 large cans of decaf
creamers/half-n-half
sugar
Breads, rolls
napkins
HEAVY DUTY paper plates-no foam
BOWLS
eating utensils
foils, plastic wrap
large garbage bags

soups & chilies for Saturday lunch benefit !!
and note Friday dinner (above) necessities

The only breakfast volunteer so far is Grey Owl.
Breakfast is on-your-own.
