[at-l] OT: For the "Google Rocks" Crowd
Still don't see the problem here: it looks like the rules for the 4th
amendment are being followed and the government is using the appropriate
procedures to gain access to Google's databases . . . and Google is
fighting the efforts in the appropriate ways . . .
The really scary stuff is the Bush administrations admission that it's
tapping phones without warrants . . .
Remember, Google isn't the Gov't! Moreover, Google isn't even a natural
person, and thus the 4th amendment doesn't affort it the protection if
affords you and me . . .
