[at-l] NW Drought

            That long term drought in the Pacific NW and Montana has probably 
been seriously alleviated with the steady Pacific rain fronts sweeping into 
that area of the nation lately. Oregon and Washington are saturated and at the 
bursting point. The worst long term deficit areas in the Montana/Idaho/Wyoming 
region have most likely been heavily soaked.
