"Other violations claimed
Supervisor Jan LeBlanc argues that DiSanto?s actions go far beyond
moving the building?s wall. A road extending to the warehouse was
widened by 30 feet without township consent and the stormwater basins
were configured differently than called for, LeBlanc says.
In addition, advocates for the Appalachian Trail also object to having
the warehouse with its potential for trash and noise, light and air
pollution 30 feet closer to a national scenic trail."
