[at-l] Spam Filter Question

Added the name of a member of this list to my spam filter.  As 
of now I don't receive e-mail from three list members.  So 
who else should I block?

P.S.  How do I get War Eagle, Curtis, Marsha, the myriad of 
Amys, Hopeful, Jan to post more to the list?  Yep there are 
others like Kahley, Bleeder Guy, Swamp Blair,  Landslide, etc.
