If someone told you he wanted Goretex socks for Christmas, what would you buy?  Sealskinz?  Something else?
 
I THINK he wants these for an early spring canoe trip on the Suwanee.  He gets cold easily, so I can see where they would be helpful.  I just don't know what's the best thing to buy.  All advice appreciated.
