Haha.  Thanks for the info but that doesn't tell me much.  I basically redid 
the website same as I always did except I kinda of messed with the index 
filelist.xml after I could get things to work afer several attempts.  The worst 
part was when I presumme MS Word kept on readding parts of old bullets as .gifs 
in the index_file.  

Check this out and tell me if it tells you anything.

It appears as though the filelist has to be re-written which was always 
automatic.
