Alright, it looks like I'm needin' some more computer help. I can't seem 
to get my new Dell to...come on. It worked fine at shut-down last night. 
Turning it on this morning, it beeps three or four times, something it 
hasn't done before, and a louder-than-normal fan comes on inside. I can 
then 'turn it off' by simply pressing the button once...instead of 
holding it. Sound familiar to anyone?
