          There are, but right now the government's pretending that the 
protections it has in place don't exist isn't helping. The race track in 
Pennsylvania is a good example. The AT had to argue why the current acts on the books 
should be enforced. They lost.


              I say with absolute sincerity, I hope the AT bites back...
