Wasn't there someone with a website recently that had guided hiking weight
lose programs?
Maybe they should make a law that anyone 20lbs overweight HAS to hike 500
miles. Add 50 miles for each pound overweight thereafter. That would make it so
anyone 50lbs over would HAVE to hike the entire trail. The really needy would
have to hike the CDT or PCT.
Then in order to keep the weight off has to hike or walk 10 miles per week.
Probably add years to ones life and save everyone money in the long run.
