            I can assure you:


           1)  The warehouse was built there because land by the Trail is now 
becoming some of the only open space remaining.

            2)     The person who sued in order to plant a warehouse adjacent 
to the buffer would have built right over the top of the Trail if not 
prevented.


          - The only way you can have an effective AT is to get the public to 
agree on it...
