NOC's River's End Restaurant has the BEST Veg. Chili.  If I am hiking or rafting I always make it a point of having a bowl of their veg. chili and I have been doing this for over 7 years and it is the "best" even without the Beef.   And when you eat like I do and grow up in New Orleans you know "good" food.
