Everyone knows the head Chef or (kitchen) Czar has all the power.  
 
I'll get together with Dawg after I get back from CA and form a plan.  Similar to last year we'll probably do a potluck dinner on Friday night, breakfast, lunch (box for those hiking) and dinner on Sat. and breakfast and possibly lunch on Sun.
 
That said, I really don't want any single person working the entire weekend in the kitchen and would prefer to have a couple volunteers for each meal.

Dawg, as you took the first shot, I assume that your question "Objections?" 
extends to you planning, organizing, running the kitchen for the Saturday 
night meal, if not the whole weekend.  [ Then we all know what ass-u-me 
means. ]

Czar of the kitchen for either Saturday night meal or the whole weekend would 
be great, IMHO.  However, I assume [ There I go again :-)} ] that it is Sly's 
call how the weekend will be managed.

Once that detail is worked out, somebody let me know what you want from me.

I learned a lesson last year...what I thought would be too much food...is
not nearly enough food. I have great ideas about this year.
