[at-l] pack washing

FWIIW:

I have had a couple of packs I wouldn't want in the house.

1) Sprayed them with "Spray & Wash" -- inside & out,
2) Sealed the in a plastic bag overnight,
3) Used a garden hose (tight, hard stream) to rinse -- inside & out,
4) Soaked in a tub (cold water) overnight
5) Repeated steps 3 & 4,
6) Repeated steps 3 & 4,
7) Repeated steps 3,
8) Dried outside in the shade.

Took the better part of a week. They looked a bit better. Smelled a whole
bunch better. Didn't seem to shrink, etc. Worked well next outing.
