I'd suggest going with the alcohol stove.  Lightest weight stove, nothing to break, easy to use.  Go to antigravitygear.com and check out their stove and pot sets.  Savings in weight on the stove and pot, and using a cozy will allow plenty of room to carry the amount of alcohol needed.  

I've used a pocket rocket, and I liked it, but my kitchen is much lighter carrying my pepsi can stove, pot, cozy and fuel.
