          Report:    Oakwood Shopping Plaza Harahan burned to ground

                Sheriff Harry Lee of Jefferson Parish has declared his parish 
a foreign country and has declared martial law and anybody trying to get in 
to Jefferson Parish must report to him because he is in total control. Some 
parts of Jefferson Parish are dry but, as you know Harahan is very low. There may 
be looting into Jefferson. New Orleans is a total wasteland and I can't 
stress this enough. The National media hasn't even covered 25 % of the damage.
