If you are in my neck of the woods sometime you are invited to an eat out, or 
an eat in -- w/ or w/o being insulted to get a free meal.

Last night, I made a killer eggplant Lasagna, saut?ed celery, fresh greens, 
and chilled cucumbers in a dill and sour cream sauce  -- and my vegetarian 
daughter was not here, just us two old omnivores.

A number of hikers from the list passing though and folk at the RUCKs have 
tried my vegetarian and/or vegan cooking and I have had no complaints yet.

PS -- Any AT-L regulars who are passing through drop me an email, if I am 
around and still kicking, we'll see if we can hook-up.
