[at-l] On topic if you carry a cell on the trail... OT if youdont... Imp...

" Now show us how childish you can be by responding to this again."

I'll bite on this one.
I do not have a cell phone because I don't concider one necessary to talk
with someone at their beg and call all day long(now how did my Grandmother
survive?) and I don't want the double fees of home phone and air space. I do
admit a cell would be handy in case of car accident, emergancey etc. If a
person can't wait till I'm home or leave a message on my machine so I can
choose when to talk to them or not. There are a few friends hard to get off
the phone who don't undersandt the word no or I have to do other things.
Anyone have a few friends like this.

I'm also with Sly on this one as cell phones are rude when in face to face
interactions the cell phone takes presidance
over me time and time again. Is there not a way to hold calls for returing
on a cell phone when you are face to face with me!
100 dollars times 12 months equals 1,200 and in two and 1/2 years time Sly
and I will have saved enough for a pretty good through hike which makes a
good argument for priorities.

I do believe the EMT person's still know how to look in a person's wallet.

The referance above to being childish was below the belt.
