[at-l] BearHooks food bag hangers

If I had the time I'd search either my memory or the internet <g>, but the
bear bag is supposed to end up 10 feet off the ground, 6 feet away from the
trunk, and 4 feet below the branch (going by memory). If you hung your food
by a rope 4 feet below this hook I can't imagine trying to get the whole
thing lifted 14 feet off of the ground. Point two is that there are places
(the Smokies?) where they put in cables and hooks and the bears have
learned to bounce the cables and the bear bags will come off of the hooks.
Bears are smart, especially when it comes to food, and I can see them
learning to bounce the branches - even by accident as they try to get out
to the bag. And the last point is that I'm not sure what my bear rope
weighs but's it's far below 4.5 ounces. Personally I'd take a pass on this
one...
