It has always seemed to me that the Buddhist teachings are much more in tune with this way of thinking than other religions. YMMV. As well, this was quoted off a Buddhist site, but feel free to take it to your own religion and get them to follow it if you can.

Would that thought be limited to Buddhists only or do not other religions also hold to that concept and hence have their own prayer concerns?
