[at-l] Logging beside the AT in Maine

The liquidation logging adjacent to the AT corridor at the northern end of 
the 100 Mile is taking its toll. With the forest of tall trees removed the wind 
is knocking down the trees inside the corridor, laying them down west-to-east 
across the trail.
