Water in SWVA -- Was: Re: [at-l] Need Rain in PA

Here in SWVA we have had an interesting situation -- more days with some sort 
of rain (mostly light), but less total inches.

Last month it rained 15 days; normal is about 10.  However, year-to-date we 
have had only about 75% of normal amount.

We need same good soaking, w/o flooding rains.

Some of the less reliable water sources along the trail are starting to dry 
up, well before normal.
