[at-l] Newbe Question. Cellphone coverage

The AT water police are in disguise.  They usually look like preteens on a
school trip or first hike.  
I tell ya, it's a real strain to drink water without filtering while a bunch of
kids watch.  

Makes ya feel like some kind of wild man.
