 Your description of the way things are made gives me pause for I  cannot 
make this stuff on the trail.  I could bring a can of Spam to share  (in fact 
that is a great idea).  Spam and eggs (who will bring the eggs?)  or Spam and 
Grits (who would eat grits?).  
 
Let me just have my store-bought freeze dried meals and Oatmeal for  
breakfast.  Now that is a good way to go!
