[at-l] Most Difficult Mile?

As I started this, I add a couple:

1) Years ago, SOBO up the Beaver Brook Trail segment in a cold wind driven 
heavy mist/fog and still some spots of ice was likely my worst mile, or so, 
ever.  This past year was a pale repeat, w/o the ice, but with wind driven 
rain, thunder, and lightning.

2) As a not-yet-having-legs-SOBO, the mile between the tree line and the 
Gateway has been a bear for me, more that once.
