Today on the way to Ohio, we stopped at the Bland exit in Virginia,
off I-81. We saw an SUV with an ATC sticker and a Virginia license
plate that said "HIKER." A woman was driving. I tried to chase her
down and say, "Hey, do I know you?" but she put the pedal to the metal
and was off in a flash.

Anybody know who it was?
