I agree. When you get a bunch of screech owls yellin' at each
other...it's scary at first...then, it sounds like a bunch of monkeys
trying to get your car keys out of your pocket. That bobcat scream,
though....good lord. Reminds me of the time me and Jake Shakleton went
down Murphy Hollow Road. We got about six miles in and old Jake
remembered that Murphy Hollow Road was only two miles long. We started
hearing some noises that had never been heard by man nor beast. About
that time I pointed out to old Jake that there wasn't even a Murphy
Hollow OR a Murphy Hollow Road. The more we talked about it, the more
we realized that there wasn't even a Jake Shakleton. Next thing I knew,
I was realizing I was sitting on my couch by myself with a bag of Cheetos.
