Everybody will like something different. You should try as many poles as
possible at a retailer and pick what you like.

Shane, these are available at www.rei.com for $99 and look like a good way for me to use my 'store credit' for the single REI pole that quit working and my measly $4.45 REI rebate.
I guess when you have everything you need and you're just 'tweeking' your gear, you don't end up with a large REI rebate.
