            Miss Appalachian Trail Days 

5pm  Miss Appalachian Trial Days

          Pageant at Holston High School

8-11pm  Street Dance  ?MINUS LINUS?  

     Downtown Damascus  

                   

Wednesday, May 11, 2005

 

10am  Campground open for walk-ins.

7-8pm  Special Service

             and Prayer Meeting 

             for hikers at First Baptist Church

 

Thursday, May 12, 2005

 

12noon  Campground open

               for campers with vehicles ($10)

               Outfitters set up at Campground       

1-2:30pm ?2000 Miles to Maine? 

                   video produced by Douglas Morse

                    at Rock School Auditorium.

4-7pm   Crafters, Vendors, Outfitters 

               Set up in Town Park

5-6:30pm  Pet Show conducted by

       Highlands Pet Shop 

                   Bring your favorite animal to

                    Wilson Street Basketball Court

6pm Free Home-cooked meal for hikers

         (ticket required inside)  

         (no ticket required to eat hotdogs outside)
