Remember those little diamond-shaped signs people used to put in their car windows - "Baby on Board"? Bill Engvall holds there needs to be an "Idiot on Board" sign for bad drivers. Not a bad idea, really.

does he mean by "here's your sign"? I love his humor (and understand it . .
really <vbg>), but don't know what his comment means.
