[at-l] Hope the early starters are equipped and knowledgeable

I just came in and it is raw out there.

In addition to the nine, or so, inches already on the ground tonight's local
forecast calls for an additional snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches. Blustery
with lows around 20. West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph. Wind
chill values as low as zero.

STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS CAN BE EXPECTED OVERNIGHT ACROSS NORTHWEST
NORTH CAROLINA AND SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA AS AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE
EXITS THE REGION...AND HIGH PRESSURE BEGINS BUILDING INTO THE AREA.
THESE WINDS WILL REMAIN STRONG INTO WEDNESDAY MORNING. WINDS OF 25
TO 35 MILES PER HOUR...WITH GUSTS TO 55 MPH ARE ANTICIPATED...
ESPECIALLY IN THE THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS.
