The storm water sewer in front of my house does. In fact there was

W South St, Carlisle PA to the LeTort Spring Run to the Conodoquinet
Creek to the Susquehanna River to the Chesapeake Bay. I could carry a
kayak 2 blocks to the Letort and put in for a long thru paddle... well I
could.
