[at-l] Biscuits - a trip report
Like so many things that taste good but are reputed to be unhealthy, the
best place to find fresh lard is in Hispanic and other ethnic grocers.
Last night's attempt used melted butter which "crumbed up" nicely, and made
for a lighter biscuit than Attempt 1. I'm planning on refrigerating some
lard and having a go at it.
