[at-l] Biscuits - a trip report

I know that, but I was roundly chastised by another Southerner not to use a
jelly glass, like my mother did so many years ago.

Tonight, I use the metal 1/3 cup measure to cut the biscuits. They were
better than last night. I think I need to pat the dough a bit flatter and
broader before cutting. They weren't flaky, but they made last night's
biscuits feel like hockey pucks.

BTW, I sent the "trip report" to my family. I had 3 suggestions: Jiffy Corn
Bread Mix in the box.

That is good with soup and chili, but beef stew? I suspect there must be a
Canadian in the wood pile in my genealogy.
