What about redeye gravy on grits?  My Mammaw used to eat 'em like that with
a slab of salt-cured ham.  Ya can't get any saltier than that.  Whew!  Had
to drink half the Tennessee River after that one bite!  LOL

I've a great idea!!!  Let's have a grit fixin' contest at the
PAruck...everybody bring their own fixin's and we'll have taste testers to
judge.  Whomever loses has to clean the kitchen after Saturday evenin's
supper is over.  The winner gets to direct them!  LOL
