A couple thoughts....    I enjoyed the Village and have stayed there the two 
times I've hiked through but, I don't believe they have a public kitchen, so 
all meals would have to be in the restaurant.  A quick look at the rooms and 
none are cheaper than the NOC, especially if we rent all of cabin D, along with 
cabin C and part of basecamp.  The meeting rooms at FV probably come with a 
price.  Even though the noise during the presentations in the eating area was a 
slight problem, it was our creation, so we should be able to fix it.

That said, a move may be necessary if we can't secure Kleinrath Hall, as we 
were told, and/or a suitable alternative.  I'll take a road trip and see if 
Fontana Village can be used, but I'd prefer to work out any problems with the NOC 
first.
