I wanted to post this for Joe Mitchell

 My name is Joe Mitchell @the Four Pines Hostel and I  thought you
might be able to help me figure out the best way to let the hiker
community know that my home,hostel, and everything else is going to be
for sale. Iwould very much like to sell it to someone that would like
to maintain the hostel and enjoy the hikers as I have for the last
five years. I got married in August and my wife and I need to find a
place that's ours and not a place where another spouse has lived.  Any
advice you can give would be greatly appreciated.  Joe Mitchell
