[at-l] How much does food weigh?

I use 2 pounds a day for planning. That assumes weight conscious food -
dried, freeze dried, dehydrated, whatever, and heavy on fats for
calories. Lots of peanut butter and snickers with the ramen noodles. And
it assumes larding up at AYCE's in trail towns.
