[at-l] New trail from Springer

Gang,

In the paper this am (Sunday) saw a not where there will be a trail from 
Springer to the Smokeys and at a lower elevation that the AT.  The parks 
service signed an agreement with the BMA(?) Benton Mckay trail folks to do it.

Anyone else with info on this?  For some reason I cannot locate the 
article.. Senility I guess.
