[at-l] Dorothy Laker

I believe that a Dorothy Laker, age 74, won the 70+ women's division of the Tampa Police Departments 5 K race in 2004. She was also the only entrant in that category. Since she won the same distinction for the same reason in 2002 I think she is the AT's Dorothy Laker.
