[at-l] Hikin

Just did 5 miles with my wife this past weekend along the AT and the
Ramapo-Dundenberg trails in NY. I picked out a smooth loop for her because
her knees are in worse shape than my feet. It was nice, easy and smooth.
The leaves and my sneakers cushioned the blow of the rocks and roots along
the trail.

The weather is a little chilly to be outside for my taste with temps in the
low 50's, but the company of my wife (we hike together maybe once or twice a
year) took the bite out of the wind.

No bears :)

Peace,
Joe
