[at-l] knee stretches

Does anyone know any good exercises/stretches for your knees?  My knees are 
achin' a bit on/after my runs lately and I can't seem to get them stretched 
out all that well.  I thought I'd ask you all since you're a wonderful 
source of knowledge (thanks for all the hydration suggestions!).
