Just got this from AT Law Enforcement as they suspect he is headed on down to 
Florida. Thought it might be wise to pass along to you folks who live along 
the AT or do trail magic. This is NOT a joke.  If you see him, contact one of 
the phone numbers at the bottom.

BURGLARY W/ INTENT TO COMMIT LARCENY

Wintergreen, Virginia Police Department

PA. OLN: 22686251 (expired on 09/04)



Height: 6'0"

Weight: 150 to 160 lbs.

Brown hair, Brown eyes

Possibly wearing a beard

Numerous tattoos on both arms and neck

Possibly depicting "tribal" art and a skull and cross bones

Subject does have pierced ear(s)





Last known address: 185 West Ridge Road, Nanticoke, Pa. 18634



Subject is suspected of committing numerous crimes along the Appalachian 
Trail in Virginia and Tennessee. 



Subject has two felony arrest warrants out of Wintergreen, one for Grand 
Theft Auto, and the second for Burglary with intent to commit larceny.



Subject is also under investigation for Auto Theft in Unicoi County Sheriff's 
Department, Tennessee. 



Subject is possibly driving a 1997 Red Nissan Pathfinder, NC NZX9070, 

VIN: JN8AR05Y0VW186737. This vehicle has yet to be recovered. 



Subject was seen with the following property on the Appalachian Trail in 
Virginia:



1.      Red/Black trim Gregory Palisades internal backpack

2.      Black/Red/Yellow Leki spring loaded hiking poles

3.      M-16 bayonet

4.      Blue/Yellow Trim-Cats Meow cold weather sleeping bag w/ separate 
fleece liner.



Subject might also be in possession of a blue Northface Canyonland 1-person 
tent, handmade star patterned quilted table runner, MSR single burner campstove 
in a blue bag.



Subject has a heavy "New York" accent and goes by the A.T. trail name of 
"Saved".  Subject is possibly hiking south-bound on the A.T. and could be in the 
Tennessee-Georgia area.
