So you  think that that there is a lot of junk on the list.  
So why aren't posting trip reports, asking questions, telling 
us about your plans?  True right this instant the inmates are 
running the asylum, but ask a question...you will get twenty 
answers.  The list membeers have raised money for the trail 
and the trail maintaining organization and some of the 
hostels on the trails, they organize meetings such as the 
RUCK, they have hike many a mile on many a trail and yet you 
complain that most of the stuff hear on the list is junk.  
Maybe a question or two will refocus the list to what it does 
best disseminate information.
