Triplets?  Well, it happens, though not often -- probably why you were 
surprised. Must have been one of them Jumbo Eggs.  I get two yolks at the rate of 
two eggs per dozen on the Jumbos.  Being a farm boy you probably have access to 
the extra Jumbo Jumbos.
