Try Ebay. Right now you can get the MapTech CD map set (item # 5726176427) 
currently at $5 or the NY/NJ 6 map set (14th edition) currently at $4.99. 
There are others but they are old. If you check Ebay periodically, they 
come up on a regular basis, sometimes even complete sets.
