Here's the official word from the FTA headquarters.  Unfortunately, it still doesn't answer Shane's wilderness closing question.

Great news today...the Florida Trail reopens in all three National Forests in Florida, with the exception of the segment through the Juniper Prairie Wilderness in the Ocala National Forest. There are some associated precautions associated with each of the sections reopening. Please see www.floridatrail.org for the latest!
