Yes, anyone is welcome to come hang out with us regardless of where you are 
staying. This was just an alternative as while in years past the "no 
alcohol" and "quiet time" rules were not really enforced at the Folk Life 
Center, this year they will be. This is a way for those who wish to stay up 
late socializing not to interfere with those who wish to retire earlier or 
do not wish to be around the consumption of said adult beverages :) Everyone 
should be very happy with this arrangement, and thanks to Miss Janet for her 
tireless efforts in finding us a place that fits the bill perfectly!
