Hey Weary - you need to perfect your technique - I love to take 
pictures, and always keep my pocket Nikon in a velcro pouch on my right 
pack shoulder strap; when I see a shot I want to take, I manage to keep 
both Lekis cradled in my crotch while both hands are on the camera, so - 
surely - you could handle two hiking sticks with one hand! It's all a 
matter of crotch technique!  :)
