Isn't there a Diner in Kent on Route # 7?  Those places usually have  a 
restroom.  Of course, I don't think that the proprietor would appreciate bathing in 
a rest room designed for relief.  

Of course, if one would give up the idea of hiking light and bring a 
Sunshower (Tm) a shower could be taken at will.  Best to wait for the sun to warm the 
water a bit.
